"The staff were friendly. The bed was comfortable and room was clean. We were given the room closest to the entrance so unfortunately we heard people coming and going regularly through the sliding door. This was very annoying. There is also the noise from the railway line nearby but wasn’t too bad. The room we got was a little unexpected as it was wheelchair suitable or for someone in an aged care home. The bathroom was fully accessible for a wheelchair and the shower area had a fold down bench seat. There wasn’t any large area to put clothes or toiletries and the toilet seat had no lid. I would have preferred a room with a table and chairs to eat breakfast and a shower without the shower curtain. The complimentary banana bread and pod coffee in the communal space was appreciated. I would have liked some butter for the banana bread though."

"Everything was fine except the fire alarm going off at 7:30am and most of the breakfast items were very old and some fruit rotten. Breakfast wasn’t a pleasant experience at all. I recommend eating elsewhere if you stay at this hotel."
