"Wonderful place !! Highly recommend everyone a stay here. "

"This was one of the best places we stayed. We hiked the Tuscany portion of the Via Francegena and this stop was the best. The hotel is uniquely refurbished to include the 1,000 year old structures. It was an absolute delight. Blanca, was particularity helpful and accommodating. This is the best place to stay"

"Excellent location! Check in and check out was easy and smooth, we had a wonderful stay here! Our room was facing the street and music was on until 10:40pm, but it didn’t bother us too much. Overall very nice, would recommande!"

"Excellent hotel, very friendly staff. Location is great too, only a short tram ride to the city centre. Loved the birthday pancakes for breakfast. The bed was very comfortable. Only minor downside is the hotel is next to a busy road and you could hear the traffic when trying to relax in the garden."
