"Our stay at Shangri La was perfect. Beautiful hotel with superb facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. Great pools and beach access, excellent restaurants at varying price points. Beautiful gondola ride along the hotel canal.

"Iconic hotel, very nice and helpful staff.
Special thanks to their assistant manager, Sagar Chavan. Unexpectedly, I arrived 1 day prior to my other family members, late night. Despite high load of guests, Sagar tried his best to give me the room one night earlier and he made it! That was a great relief after a long stressful trip.
24 hours room service is a plus.
Breakfast buffet was excellent with numerous items and the kind staff in the breakfast area approached frequently to make sure we get everything.
Overall, it was an unforgettable stay and I highly recommend this hotel."
