"Prior to checking in, the resident hotel offered an upgrade option, which I took advantage of due to the amazing price. I am so thankful for the upgrade as it gave my party of three ample space to share one room with essentially two sections and two separate beds. My family and I felt very safe as there was additional security past a certain time at night which required all patrons show their room keys and verify their names. I would stay here again on my next trip to Liverpool and I highly recommend this hotel."

"Staff were exceptional, all so friendly and helpful. Our stay was really comfortable, breakfast was great, place was clean and good sized room. Nice location too next to the canals, was handy for us to drive in to Chester in about 10/15 mins. "

"Nice modern hotel, super atrium with bar. Very good spa and serves an excellent afternoon tea. Bathroom door needs springs tensioning as it slams shut, unfortunately you can hear this in the room above if you are on the first floor."
