"Honestly, the quality of the rooms is on a whole other level. The staff was wonderful. The restaurant, well simply amazing.
It’s only con (which may be a pro to some people) is that you are literally on Dam Square. So it’s busy, very busy.
Other than that, no notes! "

"The hotel is awesome. We were pleased with the room, the location, and the food. The only area of improvement would be with housekeeping. The room was clean. Every morning we had coffee and a tea. These were not replaced daily, so we had to ask for more. Perhaps this was just an oversight, but it occurred the entire time we were there. Other than that minor complaint, we loved the hotel and will stay again."
"It was excellent we just had issues with our first room as it had stairs and would be difficult for my 81y/o mother. They were able to arrange a more convenient room.
Staff very friendly and efficient. It’s a very cozy and interesting hotel. Breakfast is excellent and location is perfect. "
"This hotel is an architectural masterpiece in a fantastic location.
The staff are all friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
My room was stunning with a canal view and a dreamy bathroom.
I love the Green Stay option.
I’ll definitely be returning!"
