"Great breakfast each day. Lovely property with nice trail. Pool and hot tubs were fabulous. Enjoyed massages at spa. Loved this property and had a great stay!"

"Overall, very pleased with the cleanliness of the bungalow and the grounds. The path to each bungalow is well maintained and gives a real jungle feel. David at the front desk greeted us at check in and made us feel welcome. The free breakfast was also delicious. The air conditioning worked well and cooled down the room nicely. A few comments: -Not worth it to get the room with the private outdoor jacuzzi. There is no cover on it so within a day there was rainwater and leaves in it. Also, they only allow one towel per person so we couldn’t get any extra clean towels to use with it. Very disappointed in that- they expect you to take a shower and use a dirty towel from the jacuzzi? Because of those things, we never ended up using it. -It truly feels like upscale camping because you can hear the cicadas and other animals quite loudly in the room. The sound of the rain was the worst. It is VERY loud inside the room so if it started raining hard (which it often does), it woke us up. If you like a more traditional hotel feel this may not be the place for you!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at this property. There were a lot of ants if anything got left out and a very strong smell of mothballs??? But I think that was to help with the ant problem. The property was in a great location; and the views of the volcano were spectacular. The property management went above and beyond for us. "
