"Expedia has asked me to review this hotel. I made a reservation at this hotel, but the hotel did not have a room. The hotel notified Expedia, but Expedia advertised the room anyway and charged me for it. This is the same day a car I had reserved with Expedia with Hertz was absent when I arrived to rent it. Expedia has not remedied either situation. The callous indifference of Expedia evident in their absent customer service is disappointing but no longer surprising to me. As I could not trust a booking service such as Expedia to find me a room at a very busy time of year, the staff at this hotel made phone calls on behalf of me and my fiancee and found us a nearby room so we were not both homeless and without even a car to sleep in. Expedia gets zero stars. This hotel gets five stars."
