Wonderful boutique hotel with only 8 rooms. Very clean and has amazing views! Food is delicious! Owners and staff make you feel welcome every minute. You can book tours, in-room massage, laundry service, and more, all on site. Very convenient. Loved my stay there! Definitely coming back again.

Owner was friendly and helpful. Staff was always available and cheerful. Guard at the front. Owner and staff super helpful with transportation travel tips for the area. Beautiful place near town, just off main road.

Wonderful service! The hosts very extremely accommodating and helpful! They assisted in organizing transport and tours and went out of their way to make us feel at home there! The breakfast had a lot of choices and was delicious! The location was in walking distance to the many shops and restaurants in downtown El Nido.

The place is wonderful, clean and I like the way they built the building. The staff are approachable. They also offered a delicious local dishes👍👍👍. The owner helped us to book airport transfer back and forth and tour booking. Love ❤️ to come back to this place..

We had a great stay here. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and were always available to assist. The location is quite close to the main part of Maligaya including El Nido Beach. The hotel Manager also arranged scooter rentals for us which was very useful. The street that the property is on can be a bit busy, but it's a short walk to the next cross street, which takes you into the main part of town.

I absolutely adored this hotel. We were thrilled to be in el nido and upon entering our room, we were amazed by the island views!!! In addition, the staff were really friendly and great. Mimi helped us the entire trip with recommendations and helping us book rides, do laundry, etc. The free breakfast was a huge delicious plus! the owner was very present at the hotel as well! We were impressed with how homey we felt. We definitely felt taken care of. I recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a place with nice views, walkable distance to town, and great staff!

Loved our stay at this place. The owners of the hotel were visible, friendly, and attentive to any possible need. The staff followed suit and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The cooks were excellent. The included breakfast was exceptional. Of all the restaurants we ate at, the best meals were right at the Mansion. The best of the best.

The Mansion Buenavista is a real gem, highly recommended to travellers looking for a quiet stay with walkable distance to El Nido beach. We were extremely well looked after by Noud , Joanne, Anna and team. Staff arranged tours, transportation, and massages which was super convenient. The hotel is conveniently located on the edge of El Nido proper which provides a quiet surrounding yet close enough proximity at 10 min walk to the bustling beach quarter. We felt safe and secluded on the property, the main floor has a dining area overlooking a pretty garden area with seating. Units are equipped with mini fridge, air con, beautiful balconies with natural wood accents with a Villa type feel. Complementary breakfast was a la carte with American and Filipino options, fresh fruits and jams. Highly recommend dining for dinner or lunch , full service restaurant with an amazing chef offering fresh seafood, pasta, burgers among other options. We had dinner twice and were very impresssed…best food we had in the area by far! Finally the staff are friendly, attentive, helpful they really take pride in their establishment and go the extra mile to ensure guest have a superior experience. Very grateful for the stay , and truly a memorable one!

This place is fantastic. Excellent Management. Excellent, efficient, friendly staff. Felt like staying at my Cousins house for a week , if I liked my cousin and they could cook. Best breakfast I have ever had in a hotel. Severed with love. Pinoy or Western don't matter you will love it.

We love love this hotel. The owner Noud and staff are the best welcoming people we have ever met. The hospitality and friendliness is beyond compare. Special shout out to Mimi! Very accomodating and friendly. Our room is spacious with cable, Netflix, refrigerator and to top it off with a balcony over seeing the ocean. Food was amazing! The linen, towel is always fresh. Very very clean. 5-7 min walk down to el nido down town. We will surely comeback and recommend this place. Feels like home ..

We really enjoy our stay. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping was convenient. Service was great!! And they can book all tours and transportation for you. Mansion Buenavista is an amazing property to stay in while in El Nido. The owner (Noud) and all the staff (especially Mimi) were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Not far from the main town and the beach where all the tours begin (very walkable, about 10min). The breakfast is delicious everyday. I highly recommend staying here when visiting El Nido area.

We had an amazing stay! Noud, Mimi and the rest of the girls were very welcoming and eager to help. The hotel is walking distance to town, yet you can take a tricycle and be there in minutes. Breakfast was delicious every morning. The hotel is very clean. I would definitely stay here again if I were to return to the area!

My family and I had an amazing stay in this hotel. The views from the balcony were spectacular. Rooms were clean and cleaned every day, breakfast was tasty, huge and wonderful. My son loved the free milo! The standout was Ate Mimi, who always had a smile on her, very knowledgeable on the ins and outs of the town and no request was too hard for her. She also helped us booked our tour C, which was the best out of the four choices. The town was an easy 10-minute walking distance where you have so many choices of where to eat, drink and shop. Best time to go there is nighttime, where it comes alive. There was also Kuya security guard at night which is comforting because it makes you feel safe. And Kuya Noud, who is always there greet you in the morning at breakfast. He also informed me that I qualified for 50 percent off massage for two people (yes please!). Thank you very much for your hospitality and hope to see you soon!

Super clean incredibly well run hotel. Breakfast was delicious and there was lots of choice, the rooms are spacious with a lovely balcony. Air con is quiet, but what makes this a really special place is the staff, who were really friendly and arranged everything for us - scooters, trips, massage etc all excellent quality at local prices. The property is well kept and very clean. It is located close to town (walking distance) and beautiful scenery. You can immediately feel at home and safe. The manager and staff are very courteous, accommodating and welcoming. They set up airport pick up and tours. They make good recommendations on places to see and activities to do. Lovely place tucked just behind the busy streets of El Nido town but an easy 10 minute walk to the town beach and restaurants. Room was very clean, comfortable and spacious - includes coffee, tea, filtered water and milo! The view from the patio in the upstairs rooms can’t be beat. Included breakfast was large and tasty. The owner Noud is very kind and involved, and wants to make sure you have a great stay - the whole staff is very lovely. In fact - I asked on arrival if the kitchen had any non-dairy milk, and on this own without my asking, he ran out and picked up a carton of soy milk to serve me with my coffee for my entire stay. Above and beyond really. Also booked me a great island hopping tour which I enjoyed. Thanks for everything - I hope to be back!

This guesthouse met all of our expectations. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The owner Noud was always present and very informative with tours, transportation and local culture. Our view from the second floor was amazing. The guesthouse is located right next to a mountain and we could see the ocean over the tropical landscape. We highly recommend this place.

Wow what an amazing place to stay in El nido. Buen vista has got to be our favourite hotel - guest house we have stayed in during our travels in Philipines. Our room had am amazing view from the balcony and bed. All the little extras, made our stay like a 5 star resort. Having fresh drinking water on tap is good and good for the environment, no plastics used. Having a good fan in our room as well as AC is such a good extra benefit, if like me, it’s nice to have a fan I stead of Ac all the time. The rooms are big, spacey and lots of space to spread out. The balcony with comfortable sofa and amazing view is just great. The breakfast which was included is fabulous, really healthy options along with traditional Philipino options. All staff and the owners are friendly and very helpful. I’m can also recommend the in house massage with Teresa, it was a good strong and relaxing massage. If we could score higher we would, a definite 10 out of 10 Thank you Noud and family. Lastly it’s perfect position, walking distance to everything but far enough to be quiet at night 😁

Fantastic place to stay. Owner’s on site very accommodating and helpful. Owners and staff so friendly. Great breakfast included. Dinner was delicious as well. Very walkable to the activities and the beach. Would recommend this to anyone visiting El Nido

Mansion Buena Vista is aptly named. However, the real character of this stay is in the hospitality of the owners. Noud and family provide excellent service in a friendly and accommodating manner that you will not find in other establishments. I became very sick during my stay (not due to any conditions in Mansion Buena Vista), and Noud coordinated transportation to the nearest clinic in the middle of the night. He then visited my fiancee and I with his wife the next day to ensure we were alright. Highly recommended!
