Check-in was a little tricky (emails with the relevant info ended up in my spam folder), but the staff was extremely helpful when I called the front desk. A bit of street noise at night but nothing too loud. Lots of good shopping nearby and well placed relative to the metro, I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Madrid!"
