I like the early breakfast time and 24 hour check in. But the sound proof is pretty bad
The property was very nice and well maintained. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Did have one issue communicating as the desk clerk did not speak any English. Food at the restaurant was excellent. Close to the downtown activities and restaurant/shops.
Ok property close to downtown. Noisy though (yard waste processing yard right next door), and the bed sheets were course and rough. Plus, it lacked USB ports anywhere in the room, and the few outlets in the room were occupied; needed to get dual outlets adapters from the front desk. Breakfast was just ok; eggs and breakfast meat was cold.
The hotel is fine. It is right in the center of town which is good, but there is no air conditioning and the rooms get very dry in the summer. Our first night there was a water outage in the city, but we only found out because the shower wasn’t working. It’s a very okay hotel.

Water overflowed from the shower top, breakfast was so-so, overheated corridors, no coffee/tea in room.
The staff was awesome. And the room was beautiful. It´s location makes it a perfect place to enjoy Calafate downtown and its main attractions. They recommended us an excellent travel agency that helps us organize our tours. Thanks for such a wonderful experience.
Good location, 1 block away from main strip. However, this hotel is in front of some houses that keep their dogs outside and they bark ALL night (literally), so for light sleepers, it will be an issue every si hole night. Hotel can’t do anything about it.
Great location and the best front desk staff especially Sandra. I am so grateful for Sandra’s help and advice. Rooms were dated and the toilet was cramped but other
Than that, it was clean and functional.
Very disappointed and would not recommend. The staff were nice and tried hard, but the hotel is in need of investment both on property and staffing. Our room heater didn’t work for 2 days despite repeated reminders and we slept badly in the cold. The bidet did not work and was not fixed despite reminders. The ‘spa’ on the top floor had the steam room out of order which was not told to us (we would not have gone). And the under-staffing was noticeable at the breakfast buffet where they first ran out of eggs and then next day ran out of toast which took so long to replace that we left both times. This was the only poor experience of otherwise wonderful hotel stays across Argentina.
Front desk girls were not friendly at check in. They only want to say check WhatsApp.
Night shift male staff is very kind and willing to help. Spa is good. Water temperature is little low. Restaurant is excellent with nice food and service. Room does not provide comforter which is not meeting four star standard.

Location is good near the main street in Calafate, but the rooms need refurbishing, did not received any Vip welcome
Comfortable stay, the staff was very helpful. Hotel is very close to the main strip in town, short walk to restaurants and bars. It was also nice because I was the first drop off for most tours as well.
We did not have hi expectations going in. We were expecting a basic holiday inn style accommodations. We were pleasantly surprised at how much nicer the hotel was. Not fancy but really nice. It was also in a great location. We were able to walk to the town main strip of shops and restaurants in just a couple of minutes. Great property to to stay at when in El Calafate!
The hotel was toasty warm. Those 6 inch walls kept the heat in and if one wanted to cool off it was easy to just open the window and have a cool breeze come in.
The breakfast was supposed to open at 6 am which it did but the cook didn't cook the eggs and bacon or anything hot until 6:30 which is inconvenient if a bus is picking you up at 6:30 to go on a trip. Other than that this is a very nice hotel and the staff are great.
The hotel looked a bit old and thr room smelled a bit of smoke because the room was carpeted. The worst part was that the heating system was always on. Its one of those gas grills. I did not know this until the next day cause at night it was so hot. Tried turning it down but it was always on. Had to open the window which was not ideal for noise. Dont know why there are so many dogs barking there at night.
Clean and comfortable hotel right in the center of town. Walkable to all the restaurants and shops. Quiet side street. Breakfast was ample and good; boxed lunch for our day trip to the glacier was great and convenient. Front desk staff was helpful. Loved the massage options available!
