"We enjoyed our stay very much! The hot springs are wonderful! The staff were very helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was exceptional- fresh squeezed orange juice, omelette bar, etc. We will stay there again!"

"The staff made this place extra nice. I asked to borrow their microwave on some leftovers and she even plated it nicely and gave us silverware to use. Breakfast is pretty good. I wished there was a screen on the patio door or window so I can leave it open for extra ventilation without letting bugs in. The room can get humid too. The bathroom is a nice size, but for some reason water easily splashes out of the shower and gets the floor outside of it wet."

"The rooms were very clean and well taken care of. The water pressure was weak and the hot water was not very hot. Luckily we enjoyed the thermal pools to warm up in the cool weather. The staff at all encounters were friendly and gave wonderful service. The food at the pool bar and indoor restaurant did not disappoint and was less expensive than restaurants we enjoyed around the area. "
