"The staff was amazing! When we got to the hotel we were all wet and cold. They didn’ even make us officially check in. They opened our rooms so we could change and have them wash and dry our clothes. Gave us hot ‘agua dulce’ to warm up, and put logs in the chimney so we warmed up. Very family oriented, very very welcoming. The rooms were very clean and breakfast was delicious!"

"My family of 4 with a toddler stayed in Apt 104. The accommodation was well appointed, very clean and the view from the balcony was great. The hotel is a bit dated (still) but the staff are very friendly, we enjoyed the pool. It was a lovely stop and 2 night stay."
