"The staff was very friendly and the room spacious. As hotel guest we had free access to the spa (sadly we were too early in the year for the outdoor pool to be open yet). The area feels very safe as there are many embassies around. The Orangerie Park is in perfect walking distance and great for a leisurely stroll. The hotel offers a great list of recommended restaurants in the area and there is quite a lot of street parking available all around the property, as well as a few charging stations...

"The staff were lovely. So friendly and welcoming. The room was very comfortable. Very comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom was small but met our needs. Good water temperature and pressure in the shower. Great hand wash and shower gel/shampoo included (Grown Alchemist). The room was very quiet and although busy we didn’t get disturbed by other guests. There were some outside noises heard from trucks/workers but they were minimal. The location was great. Across the road from the station and walking distance to everything we wanted to do in Strasbourg. Would happily stay again. "

"I had the perfect stay for five nights at this hotel. It’s a great location being just a 10 minute walk to the cathedral and the historic District. The room is comfortable with all the amenities, including a coffee machine and juices and water included in the refrigerator. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety, including different breads, scrambled eggs, yogurt, do it yourself, boiled eggs, a coffee machine, cheeses, smoked salmon, fresh fruit, and much more. The staff are unbelievably friendly here, and they all greet you with a smile. The restaurant serves some great food; I had a couple of the best meals of my life during my stay here. If I’m back in Strasburg, this is where I want to stay."
