Lovely overnight stay. Fab breakfast
Lovely room. Really friendly staff. Fantastic breakfast. However above a club so little noisy on saturday night.

Linlithgow In The Snow
Staff were lovely right from our arrival till we left. Bar has a great atmosphere and a great selection of drink. Breakfast was smashing too - though I was a little too hungover too fully appreciate it 💚💚💚

We had two rooms for two nights my room was lovely & warm cosy but lock didn’t work on door but was fixed next day room 3 . There room my mom 82 & friend had issues with there being no heating at all so we’re moved to another room for second night with no issues

Lovely hotel with nice staff. Found it a bit pricey in the restaurant and also disappointed with full cooked breakfast, most of it was just lukewarm, bacon was actually cold to the touch and streaky, slice sausage very cheap and mushy inside, everything was deep fried and greasy, left it all.

Very nice hotel with excellent staff!!
We had a good stay at the hotel and a nice dinner. It is well located and good parking. Beds were comfortable. Staff was excellent!! Very easy check in. My only comment was the bathroom was tiny.

Special location
This has to be one the best value for money hotel I have experienced in the UK. Location and service are 10/10. The breakfast was just superbe and another 10/10.

The bed was comfortable but the en suite was a wee bit on the small side. I managed to fit in okay but a bigger person might have a problem. I had meals at the hotel on two nights which were delicious. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

It was the perfect location in the middle of town. Also, not too far from the airport so a great location to visit before you fly home. The room was clean and nice.

Great food, I had eggs royals for breakfast one day (poached plus smoked salmon and hollandaise sauce fab, plus excellent evening meals as well.

Good location allowing us to walk from the hotel to the Avon valley aqueduct , Linlithgow Palace , the Museum and other interesting places . Staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful . Good food plus beer garden . Would happily stay again . Colin and Liz

Lovely hotel for short stay
Only stayed here one night on our way up to the Scottish Highlands. Small boutique bar / hotel. Small basic hotel room but very clean, all basic amenities including tea & coffee in room, bed comfortable, pillows abit too soft and thin for my liking. En-suite very small, shower ok pressure. The hotel itself has had a recent renovation and is beautifully done with nice bar and restaurant. We had breakfast included which comprised of a hot cooked menu with lots to choose from as well as cereal , fresh fruit, juice and toast. Would recommend and the town is lovely.good value.

Have stayed before and had no issues Wouldn't stay again as the room given had no window, switched rooms and the next one had a shower which i couldn't get in , and a toilet that was a joke If your over 16st you will not fit in most of there rooms

Avoid if you can
The bathroom door in the room wouldn't close, the room was clean but very worn and grubby, the smell from the kitchen leaking upstairs to the room was terrible. Poor qaulity overcooked breakfast. Terrible stay and it cost £115 for my room. Avoid at all if you can
