Smooth check in. Very helpful, sociable staff. Great room with everything you need. Very clean. Comfy beds. Very close to Omni centre parking, dining and shops.

Dit motel geboekt na lezen van reviews, ligging perfect ik heb niks te klagen over wat dan ook. Gewoon goed! 1 x ontbijt genomen 12,50,- pond pp wat erg lekker was.Maar gezien wij de énige in ontbijtzaal waren en dus niet heel gezellig eten is het daarbij gelaten.

Perfect Old Town location

This smalll hotel is in a great location for the Old Town as well as New. Limited facilities, but adequate breakfast, good service, rooms OK (just one ordinary chair, limited hanging space), bathroom very good

An overnight stay near the Airport Bus Terminal

The young man in reception, Bogdan, was extremely helpful and I congratulate him on how he deals with customers. He has a likeable personality and i thank him for his help. I was disappointed at one aspect, and that was only one lift operating in one part of the hotel. My friend had to carry his suitcase and hand luggage up 2 flights of stairs. However, I would have no hesitation on returning on the understanding that I had a room near the restaurant which didn't involve hiking up stairs with suitcases.

Spacious room. Excellent location..walking distance to major tourist attractions, great restaurants and Waverly station. No elevator for 500 series suites, but staff are happy to help. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice place to sleep in Old Town Edinburgh

It's pretty basic, but clean, nice, and with very friendly and helpful staff. The location is perfect if you want to see the sights of the Old Town. Nice shower, which is important to us. Has an elevator, which is always a good thing. Hotel staff was great, very responsive, and arranged a taxi to the airport very early the morning, which was on time and reasonably priced. Only thing I'd say is the mattress was not the newest, but still we did sleep well.

Room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Despite the room I was in overhanging the alleyway, it was very quiet so zero issues there.
