We booked two rooms and enjoyed the stay.
Staff was very helpful and eager to help.
Although in the middle of Old Town, it was very quiet at night and great to sleep in peace.
Everything was close for us to walk to.
We wish we could have stayed longer!

This building, as old as it was, is impressive in terms of how the interior was renovated into what it is. The reception staff really made us feel welcome, who then guided us to our room, navigating the somewhat complicated corridors, which can be confusing to first-time visitors. Conveniently located from some major attractions and shopping.

Stayed in rm 212, during Storm Boleo 10-2026, slept like a baby, didn’t hear a thing in that room. Arrived early and the staff kept our bags while we explored. Got back and they brought our luggage to the room. It was lovely not having to carry it up. We also got a complimentary late check out, which was so incredibly helpful for us!
The staff were super friendly & accommodating. Location is great too!! I would definitely stay here again!!

Right in the heart of old town, everything was a short walk away. The train station down the hill and the Royal Mile just up the hill. The staff were amazing. We had a couple of requests that were immediately looked after. The on-site restaurant served a great breakfast.

The hotel was very good and affordable. It was very clean and the staff was very polite.
Hotel Inn place is very close to Waverly train station and the old town. The loved the location of the hotel as there are many good restaurants, hubs and shops nearby.
