"The hotel was booked as a surprise trip for my 18 year old twins. The hotel upgraded their room and gave them a fantastic view of the castle - they are History students, so they were over the moon! They also received a birthday card and glass of wine from the hotel. The room was lovely, the staff were friendly, we really couldn't ask for anything more. I'm sure we will come back to Edinburgh soon and we wont hesitate to stay here again."

"The staff were friendly and helpful, the room and whole building were clean and everything was in good working order. The television however was old and slow- difficult to really use because of this. Otherwise it was excellent!"

"Fantastic stay at the Radisson Blu. Our suite was excellent, and the kids were thrilled to be able to sleep in their own beds in their own main room. Despite being in the heart of the city centre, the rooms were incredibly well insulated and it was so quiet and comfortable inside. You could tell the hotel was very thoughtful about comfort (ex: ear buds, pillow and bedding options, fruit basket, ample water bottles). The location for this hotel is incredible, steps away from the Royal Mile and only an easy 10 minutes walk away from many attractions (ex: the castle, calton hill, national museum, etc.). We wished we could've stayed here even longer! And would be happy to return in the future too. The breakfast was decent and good quality, although they could benefit from having more variety. Other than that, fantastic hotel. "
