The only things I would change is the windows could’ve been clean as it obscures the beautiful view and the festoon lights did not come on when it got dark. We weren’t able to access the WiFi - if we were staying longer that would’ve been more of an issue. The bed area is so cosy it would’ve been nice to be able to get into a Netflix series or film on an evening. ...

"We were very disappointed on entering the holiday cottage to find that cleaning had not been carried out to the standard we would have expected of a holiday let. There were breadcrumbs in the cutlery drawer, mouse droppings on top of the dishwasher which was also partly full of dirty water, a breadboard were covered in dust fluff. There was, what we believe to be, pizza stuck on the walls of the bathroom and bed sheets had hair on them, the blind in one of the bedrooms would not pull more than...
