"Good place but needs a little work. Single bathroom needs a ventilation fan. Kitchen sink needs maintenance. Host very helpful. Location is close to downtown and has options very close for food & beverage. Area seemed safe. With many past varied VRBO stays we rate an 8 out 10."

"We had two families of five stay comfortably for a Universal studios vacation. The house was perfect and a short trip to the park. The owner is very easy to communicate with and quick to fix any issues you might have. We had a small issue and they had someone come at 10:00 at night to fix the issue. Very good customer service! We will definitely stay here again in the future"

"Great central location, and the hosts are fantastic. The space met our simple needs very well. We enjoyed the pool on most days and went out at night. The screened-in environment kept out bugs, which was great. Their home is in a beautiful neighborhood with lots of unique homes- no safety concerns whatsoever. There is a small fridge, but no freezer, so we bought a cooler and lots of bags of ice. We couldn't figure of if or how the celing fan worked, but we didn't ask either. Wall mounted air...

"Over all Our stay was Wonderful. The only coplaint was the pool table/ ping pong table need to be replaced. Not fit to play on. And the Fooseball tBle needs tighted up. But very clean and had a Fantatic time. Will be back again."

"Had the family all together for my sons college graduation. The five of us really loved the home, pool, yard and deck. Wish we had more time to stay!! Super comfortable home with great decorations and entertainment touches - juke box speaker, outdoor fridge, plenty of seats and couches. I’m a coffee drinker and enjoyed the espresso machine - great coffee. Highly recommend this lovely home for an Orlando Vacation."
