"Yes, shops were near by and we used the pool designated for Signature Tower 2, since the pool for Signature Tower 1 was closed. Staff was professional and courteous. Our guide did not work on the television. Recommend."

We waited hours for our room because she refused to check and see if it was ready, said we had to wait for them to notify us. It never happened, but a different staff member checked and it had been ready for awhile. "
