"The location of this property is excellent, especially for seeing a show at Sphere. Also very convenient to get out to the strip. Staff members were great - the guys out front helping with bags and giving us a ride back to our building were EXCELLENT!! Our experience with the Concierge was the only area that we felt was lacking. The guest bathroom in our suite should be updated with a new shower floor - it was cracking, peeling up, and discolored....I think it was clean but that shower made it appear as 'less than'. Also did not appreciate the call I received from someone asking me - very aggressively - to come in for a Time Share pitch....I was on vacation and only there for a few days so I really didn't want to give up a few hours for a sales pitch."
