"We paid for an Opera House view. It was beautiful, although our flight was late and we missed the daytime view. The staff was so kind and helpful. They held our luggage for us the next day even though we had checked out. The room was comfortable and roomy enough. "

"The early arrivals lounge with snacks, comfy chairs and couches, and showers was much appreciated after more than 24 hours of travel. Location was perfect - easy walks to Royal Botanical Garden, the opera house, and Circular Quay."
