"We splurged to stay at this hotel for our family trip to London, and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The staff is so friendly and helpful, and our rooms were comfortable and luxurious. It's a 6-minute walk to the nearest tube stop, or less for the bus. The helpful doorman will call a cab for you if you prefer."

"For a UK hotel, it was very good. We paid A LOT extra to have an amazing room with a view over the Thames and access to the club lounge. We had a complimentary bottle of wine and some toffees in the room which was a really nice touch. Standard of room was as expected. Lounge was also very nice for a UK hotel (always disappointing compared to many abroad). Towels were a bit disappointing - not very fluffy. Bedroom and soft furnishings were comfortable. Overall, had a great stay."
