"Rude lady checked us in..the room didn't have a working ac..there's nasty black hairs on the towels. Will never stay there again. Do yourself a favor and spend a few more bucks and stay somewhere else"

"Bed were the most comfortable I can remember in some time! Shower had great water pressure and no drains clogged. Bathroom has a vent that works and has a nice frosted window that lets in lots of natural light. Check-in person and room cleaning attendant were friendly and polite. The air unit made a noise that sounded like rain on a plastic tarp, the pillow cases didn’t seem washed and one smelled bad, and the tv volume was all the way up but we had to turn on the closed captions because it was so low you can barely hear it."
