"There is a nice private beach with chairs across the street that has some snorkeling. The balcony is nice. The bed is comfortable. Its a nice location to explore the entire island but you will need a rental car. The couch is too small to relax on with more than one person. The pans are borderline unusable if you want to cook. Overall it is a nice place that exceeds the cost we paid compared to other places on the island."

"The house is conveniently located in the center of the island and makes access to tourist destinations very easy. It’s 5 minutes from Spotts Beach, 15 minutes from Smith’s Cove, 20 minutes from Seven Mile and 40 minutes from Rum Point. The house is well equipped with pots/pans, coffee/tea, seasonings and etc. They also had a first aid kit which was a godsend since someone from my group cut their foot on limestone. "We have been impressed by the beautiful location of the property right on the beach. Unlike Seven Mile beach this side of the island was getting more breeze and it was not as hot. "Fantastic property. Very clean, quiet, and peaceful setting. We would highly recommend staying here. Would definitely recommend having a car if you stay here as the walk is quite long and there’s no nearby convenient store - walking 30 minutes from the closest shop with food and water was very difficult. "There is currently construction happening next door, which you can hear early in the morning. Also, unfortunately the closest beach access is a private beach area with a community who is possessive and unwelcoming. It was disappointing to learn this the hard way. The unit itself is nice. The amenities are also good. Grand Cayman is lovely. We just had better experiences on local beaches. "
