The condo was excellent! Very spacious, clean, and accommodating. The view was amazing and the beach was pristine with white sands. Peppers Grill, Coconut Joe’s, Craft’s, and Scoops were within 30seconds to 1 minute walking distance from the condo!!! We enjoyed our stay.

Rooms were lovely, pools/hottub needed to be cleaned. An additional nice option would be chairs to take to the beaches. Would definitely stay here again. Very convenient for grocery shopping. Rental car the best way to get around. Amy in the office was excellent!

The apartment was cleaned, nice decorated and with all stuff you will need for your stayed. Beautiful view from balcony. I read some reviews regarding that there was not beach access due to the sea tide but fortunately we don't have this issue and could enjoy the beach at the property that was just steps from the apartment, although the best beach area on 7 mile beach is the one between Westin and Ritz Carlton and Governor's beach.

Great Cayman Stay

A nice apartment with everything you need, central to most things though note that its no longer on 7 Mile Beach stretch you have to go onto the road to get to the main section which was no issue. Plenty of parking, friendly staff.

We liked the condo, it was large enough and clean. Staff was friendly, location was walking distance to local restaurants. Also red sail sports is next door at the Marriott. Easy parking for car that we used to visit a few snorkel spots on the island.

We were assigned our own resort concierge/liaison. He was extremely helpful and thoughtful and so to our every need with a great attitude! Would highly recommend!

The beach is great even though (and perhaps because) it only spans a few properties before you need to detour up the road. Don’t let that stop you from enjoying this delightful resort.

Fantastic location! Easily walkable to Camana Bay and a number of local restaurants. The pool was a good size, and the daily house keeping (except Sunday) was greatly appreciated. The only downside is that the beach is a little small right in front of the property, but we had very nice sandy beach each day we were there (March 2025). Beautiful sunset views, and some snorkeling right off the beach in front of the property

We were pleasantly surprised with the property. We were worried there wouldn’t be any beach but we had the best beach in our area. We went up to the public beach and found the regal beach to be cleaner (but smaller) never had to wait for a beach chair and kids enjoyed jumping between the beach and the pool. Great food, all within walking distance. We will be returning for sure!

Regal Beach Club is one of the best vacation rentals in Cayman island. Beach front, great accommodations, excellent location and the best customer care. Amy was superb! Making sure everything was taking care of, daily comunications to check our stay was pleasant. We already book for next year!!

Great for families. Felt secure even though you don’t have to worry when you’re in the Caymans, but this property does have security walking around to make sure everything is OK. We are looking forward to our next stay.
