"Loved how clean the property and rooms are. This is our 3rd resort here in Punta Cana and this was the cleanest. The only complaint we had is that we were not made aware that the big pool would be closed for our stay and one of our rooms had an upgrade to pool view and the view was of an empty pool under construction. We still had fun in the other pool and enjoyed the food and drinks. "

"Checking in was horrible. Took 30min to get room sort out. Paid3 months for a room that was not sorted out. Person said he give me an up grade but lie. It was the exact room I paid for. "
