"This stay in Austin was okay, the AC was not great and it took 2 days from our 3 day stay to cool down. There is only a fan in the main room so it wasn’t cooling down enough in this very hot weather. There was also no microwave so very inconvenient! The parking is ok the street and not ideal. If you are looking for a private place to stay in Austin, this is not the place. It was a 3/5 rating for my partner and I."

It also needed to have a place to cook and eat, a decent bathroom with the basics, although the initial write-up should inform potential guests were made aware upfront that the property is right next to train tracks for the Austin Metro system, which is diesel-based, as it might affect sleep.
