"This is a lovely place to stay. It has everything you need .
We stayed here as we were going to a concert in Murrayfiels stadium and the location was perfect.
The cottage was clean and location beautiful.
Jack left a lovely bottle of wine and a welcome note.
Will be coming back to this beautiful place
Thanks "

"Lovely, clean hotel with sizable rooms and an awesome shower. The area is pretty devoid of things to do it see, though it's Edingburgh - nothing is really far away. "

"Tiny room up quite steep stairs. Bed was small and not so comfy especially for a disabled person with a very bad back. Bathroom tiny which again caused problems with mobility issues. Just Adequate really. Breakfast was okay but you had to ask the waitress (who was lovely) for everything which took time. Very noisy at night following a party till 1am which was annoying. "
"Despite such low price, my room is clean and spacious.
Staff are freindly, helpful.
There are two showers and tolits on my floor, never felt I had to wait.
Downstairs there is a kitchen but a small one.
Thr whole building is smell free.

"The property was clean, quiet and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to find complimentary milk, bread, jam and tea at the property as well as a welcome note and small reference manual for our stay. Of particular note were the sunrise and sunset ocean views both from the property itself and on the half-mile walk from the property to the train station. If you take the train from Edinburgh to Kinghorn in the evening, you might catch the sunset over the bridge- Gorgeous! We had a lovely time and I would seriously consider renting the property again the next time I visit the UK. "
"The property itself was a lovely upstairs room, generous in size and very close to the rail station with a direct line to Edinburgh. We had a two night stay and found the bed to be very comfortable. A generous soak bath tub is in the main bedroom. Little snacks were a pleasant gift. Small issues were disappointing. On arrival there was no soap in the container and We were disappointed that despite asking for the room to be serviced, the soap was not replenished, toilet paper not replenished and the bin not emptied. The main lights in the room and overhead bedaide lights were not working. We had not previously experienced a "virtual check in" and as we had elected to pay at the property, did not appreciate we would not receive the entry codes until paymentis received. The problem was, there is no one on site to pay!. This meant a one hour delay waiting outside the property while we tracked down the duty manager via messaging and phone calls to arrange over the phone payment. These negatives however should not outweigh what is a nice property. With attention to detail this would have had a higher rating. "
