"When I arrived I was informed that my domestic flight would leave from terminal 1. I could not stay there. This left me without a transit hotel at 1am in the morning. Worst service - not helpful at all. Instructions were confusing as to why I couldn’t stay there. Book a hotel nearby - not this hotel - unless you are ONLY transiting through terminal 3 which if you have a domestic transfer it is NOT clear which terminal."

"As an international transit traveller in Delhi, I used to city in Aerocity hotel because of their proximity to IGI airport. However, I looked outside and Vivanta in Dwarka is perfect. Quite, well maintained, helpful staff, and plenty of dining opportunities make it a perfect choice. They even prepared a room for early check in due to my flight timing. Thank you. The one and only concern I have is their lobby. I wish it had private spaces or a bit bigger. Also, I recommend taking Metro from IGI to Dwarka ...just one stop. Then take an auto from Metro station to the hotel. Metro and Auto together was less than one USD. I tool Uber for less than 3 dollars to get back to IGI. Vivanta is accessible, quite, friendly, well maintained, and a relaxing place to rest."

""Very disappointing experience. I booked a hotel through Expedia because it showed a total payment of ₹0 and the booking looked confirmed. After reaching the hotel, I was informed that the room could not be provided and there was confusion regarding the payment status. I contacted customer support and was told the issue would be resolved and check-in would happen, but I ended up wasting around 2 hours without getting a proper solution. This caused unnecessary stress and ruined my experience. Customers should not have to face such confusion after receiving a booking confirmation. If a booking is not valid, it should be clearly mentioned beforehand instead of making customers waste their time. I expected a smooth process but unfortunately had a very poor experience.""
