"The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. It is not plush but we were comfortable and it was very clean. Bare bones but we needed a hotel close to the ferry and it fit the bill. Very reasonably priced for an overnight stay. We would stay there again."

"I give them a 4 star, because I like the place. My comment is about the employee at the desk this morning. She was wearing a dirty hoodie, looked liked she dragged herself off the street and was slouched back at the desk. When I walked in, there was barely an acknowledgement. I said I'm just getting coffee, to which she mumbled, help yourself. I'm not suggesting that this employee be reprimanded, or fired, but management needs to step up and hire and train people in customer relations. I'm easy to please and I don't like writing this, but management needs to step up. I will return for another visit."
