The whole experience felt decadent and luxurious. Only 2 minor gripes. Very mini toiletries in the room for 2 people to use. There were small bits of debris on the bottom, this was at 8am. So I would just look at the cleaning schedule. "

"Good free car park with plenty of space. Decent size single room, bed comfortable. Hotel is a bit shabby and needs updating. General lack of maintenance, in my bathroom the toilet roll holder was broken. Breakfast just about OK, cooked food very greasy and looked as if it had been there some time."

The only issues we had were in the room, where the net curtains were ripped, the bath panel was hanging loose and the enamel around the bath plug was chipped. But despite the negatives, overall I was happy with my experience at the Bull."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Crown which is perfectly situated on the edge of the town centre, but still remarkably quiet even on the Saturday night. The room was very nicely decorated with a very clean and well appointed ensuite shower room. We did not eat in the hotel apart from breakfast but the menu looked good. Highly recommended"
