Excellent stay

Was very clean and host was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent lots of choice and very good. So quiet and peaceful, village had nice little pub.

Beautiful place to stay

An excellent residence in a beautiful village. Immaculate presentation with spacious rooms, comfy bed and excellent shower. Excellent service from the hosts even placing a reservation at a local restaurant after my late arrival. Will stay again when in the area!

Lovely stay at Swallows Rest

I had a lovely stay: Lovely, spacious and comfortable bedroom and really enjoyable breakfast. Extra special in-room filter coffee & tea! The service was great too. I just wish i could have stayed a bit longer. I’ll definitely book in again if I’m back in the area again with my work.

Absolutely wonderful in all respects, best place we have ever stayed. Hosts were fantastic, and communication great even before we arrived. The setting is in a beautiful quiet village, bordering a vin yard, but just minutes away from Kettering so really convenient. The rooms and facilities are welcoming, warm, modern, but with lots of character, spotlessly clean and so comfortable. Breakfast options are superb and served in the dining room or to your room. The stay exceeded our expectations and we certainly hope to return.
