Family holiday
House was well located and matched the description. Kitchen had more cooking equipment than most places do, which was great because we were cooking for ourselves. A few additions like detergent in the laundry and shampoo in the shower covered a few things we’d forgotten. There were some dishes that needed washing, but overall the house worked well for our family and communication with the host was prompt and helpful. Thanks!

First impression upon arrival was poor as the front yard is not maintained. It was a pleasant surprise upon entering the house, clean , well stocked with everything you need, a very comfortable liveable home

A one night stop over Dubbo in retrospect should have stayed two as lots to see and do. Property was comfortable and it was spotlessly clean. Good communication with owner to access property. Garden needed a little tlc, property was dog friendly as was garden.

We had a great stay - our 2nd time here with our family of 7. The kids appreciated the books and toys and the swing out the front. Comfy beds and living space. Within walking distance to Elston Park and eating places. Thanks for a great stay Michael and Melgrace 😊

Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again - 5 stars
Everything you expect and more. As advertised but photos don't do it justice, I was impressed. Comfortable, quiet, private, great property overall for singles, couples, families, small groups, kids and pets. Awesome and affordable meals at Dubbo South Tavern (very short walking distance). I was very pleased that this property exceeded my expectations and would stay here again for sure.

Great Place in Dubbo
A really comfortable and functional house. It well located not far from shops and other facilties. Verry clean, and everything worked. We had our three dogs with us, who were very secure in the enclosed yard. If you go to Dubbo we highly recommend this place.
