The service was exceptional. The staff could not have been more helpful or accommodating. The facilities are exceptional and so much choice from different restaurants to different pools and a beautiful beach area. The spa facilities are fantastic. Far exceeded my expectations.

Beautiful older style hotel right on the beach with fantastic pool and very helpful and friendly staff. LArge spacious rooms, great location and pool temperature was just perfect. Would happily return to this hotel. Special thanks to Khurram at the front door who always made me feel so welcome and has amazing ability to remember you name.

Great stay

This was an unbelievable experience. the quality of this Hotel is out of this world. the presentation, the immaculate grounds, the smiling and professional staff, the warmth of the welcome,quality, quality, quality... ...you simply cannot find fault anywhere within this operation. It is superb.

Great service … great place to unwind with the family for a few days

Excellent hotel. Can not fault in anyway. The service is 5 star. Fantastic facilities. The day spa is one of the best i have ever experienced. Only disappointment was the shuttle bus has been cancelled so be prepared to pay more for taxis. Having said there is a free shuttle to a local shopping centre and you can catch a taxi from there.

This is the 3rd Four Seasons Hotel I have stayed at. Hands down these are the best hotel chain in the world!! service, room, attention to detail is exceptional!!! Very helpful and accommodating staff

Had a great time at Hotel Bonnington! The room was large, the bed was comfortable, and the service was impeccable. The location is great too, as there are some bars joined to the hotel (and cafes and restaurants), as well as a block of eateries and stores surrounding the hotel. The service of the staff was amazing, as I ordered bottles of water every day (you can't drink the tap water in Dubai), and they were more than accommodating. Too far from the Airport and require airport shuttle.

Spent a week there over New Years Eve. The experience from room service to concierge, Housekeeping to Valet was excellent. Had a beautiful view of the Burj buildings to wake upto every morning. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

This is alovely place to stay truely 5 star and the staff were attentive and lovely happy to help at anytime any way they can. I would highly recommended it.
