"A hotel should be even basic clean, this was far away from it. The apartment was in an untidy condition, there was obvious dirt, cigarette butts, wear and tear, the sofa was broken. We said this several times, nothing happened. It is not right that the first thing to start cleaning when entering the apartment. The dirty mattresses were lined with plastic sheets, you can't sleep on them. We would have removed those plastic sheets, but the dirty (clearly pee-soaked) mattresses were revealed...

"It was a great stay for us, and it was great value for money. Excellent location. Well equipped studio. If you're wanting posh, this probably isn't for you, but if you want to be in a good area for really not very much, this place was great. We would definitely stay again."
