"Beautiful hotel to stay at! We had an amazing experience. Traveled with 20 plus family members and we all very happy with our stay. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are very nice as well and very very clean. The beds are very comfortable and linen was amassing and clean. The staff is amazing! Very helpful, respectful and courteous. Always there to help you with whatever you need. They certainly have incredible staff! The hotel has a very nice reception area, where we hung out to eat and talk. The breakfast The hotel provides is so good, everything was delicious and the waiters are incredible. I will definitely reserve at this hotel again on my next trip! We really loved it! "

"The rooms are cozy and clean. Make sure you don’t miss out on the delicious breakfast. Enjoy the included coffee and snacks on your way out to your daily tours. The staff is incredibly friendly, especially Jose Luis who can be found at the entrance, always offering a friendly smile and warm greeting upon entering the hotel. He was incredibly helpful in getting a really quick transportation service to the airport when I was stuck waiting for my second uber attempt after the first cancelled due to unexpected street closures. Jose Luis stepped in and got us a taxi within 5 minutes ensuring we made it to our flight on time. Thank you Jose Luis and the staff at Hotel Zocalo Central. 100% recommended. "
