"Great location close to museums and lots of restaurants. Only thing is lots of events happen at the zocalo and affect traffic in and out of the area. So between noon and 6pm don’t try to leave or come back. "

The room was probably renovated, the bathroom was tight to move around in, floor tile was cracked with pieces missing, counter backsplash had too much caulking all around it, bedroom floor was just cheap snap on flooring. I wouldn’t go back, food overpriced, not a happy customer, sheets didn’t even fit properly."

"The hotel has great location, but needs to better manage the some details. The towels were rough and old, room is clean and functional, the rooftop swimming pools are nice but we’re not warm enough. Considering the price and location, I may choose it for future stay. "

"Overall, the state was excellent. The staff were absolutely amazing. The food was all included and drinks too to an extent Wi-Fi was slow but other than that the state was excellent. Had a great time. I would highly recommend this stay. "

"Hotel location is very good closed to Zocalo and lots of amenities. Easy transportation to Zocalo metro. Lots of food and bakery shop around the hotel. Room is very spacious and in clean condition. I booked a driver on the website of welcome pickups but the assigned driver did not show up. The front desk staff and on duty manager helped me to call a taxi and send us to the airport. Thank you very much for your kind help. We will come back in the future."

"Gorgeous building and views of El Zócalo, staff is top notch. Only downsides were the squeaky bathroom door and lack of soundproofing from outside events. "
