"Needs a makeover"

"Love the architectural elements of this well maintained facility. The train care rooms are a wonderful novelty. Staff was courteous, helpful and extremely pleasant. There is currently major road construction that was a bumber bit the facility has no control over but went out of their way to ease this. The only complaint I have is that the airconditioning was very loud. But over all a wonderful facility. Would recommend."

"The rooms were nice. A little wear and tear such as torn curtains and the sofa bed was really uncomfortable- luckily my 2 year old was the only person on it. The breakfast was good. My kids loved the pool, it was warm and the hot tub was hot. They also liked the lights in the pool. Parking lot was not huge by any means and had a spot left or no spots available when we went to the car a few times. It's on a one way street so not terrible to get too and close to downtown."

"It was the worst. There was loud music outside the window all night, the staff did nothing about it. The toilet was broke, the staff did nothing. When a new room was request they said they could not accommodate, because the manager was not there. We were told we had to”catch the manager because she did not come in at a scheduled time. I left a message for her to call me, she never followed up. When we were preparing to leave the cleaning staff came in took our food, beverages and personal objects that we were packing in the car and said they thought we left. We had not checked out or turned in keys. As a matter of fact we still had a day on our reservation. Very poor quality hotel for such a nice city."
