Breakfast was good, staff was all super helpful (cafe staff were very soft spoken and hard to hear, but overall very friendly). Had to add nights to my stay and front desk staff was helpful and made the process easy so we didn’t have to change rooms.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Omni. The hotel is aesthetically pleasing (great for pictures) and very clean. The staff was wonderful and friendly. The food I had at 8 Notch, which is a breakfast/ lunch style restaurant downstairs, was good. I will definitely stay here in the future.

This has been one of the best hotel stays that we have had in a while! The staff were so genuine and helpful. Javier’s communication was excellent. The room was nice and clean, the bed was comfy and the shower was perfect! The one downside was the pool said it was heated and it was not.

I rarely rate hotels but this one was divine! I loved the bar theme with friendly bartenders and snack shop. They put out ice water containers with one that was filled with fruit. It was so delicious. The rooms were impeccably clean. I usually will not walk around with bare feet but felt comfortable doing so. The beds were also very comfortable.
