"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and a big part of that was thanks to the exceptional service at the front desk—especially Isabella. From the moment I arrived, she was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. What truly stood out was how she went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, even anticipating needs before I had to ask. Whether it was handling requests efficiently, offering helpful local tips, or simply checking in to make sure my stay was comfortable, Isabella made a lasting impression. Her attitude and dedication reflect incredibly well on the hotel, and she turned what could have been a standard stay into a memorable one. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-managed, but it was the human touch—especially Isabella’s—that really elevated the experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly commend the management for having such a standout team member at the front desk."

"Very clean facility, excellent location, friendly staff. The only problem is finding the place. The listing on Expedia gives the address but it is the address of a complex. The hotel is on the 6th floor. If you face the front of the building (looking at Starbucks) the entrance is on the left side of the building. Look for the big lemon statue."

"The hospitality at the hotel was really good. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast selection was really good and tasty. It is very family friendly. My husband and I have travelled around a lot and this is one of our favourite hotel. The location is great and the metro station is only 7 mins walk. We hope to come back again and thank you so much. "Excellent location, 70 metres from Metro station which takes you to the airport or any main train station. Hotel room is super modern. Especially the full function electronic 'spa' toilet experience. Free laundry wash and fold service. Reasonable selection breakfast for Westerners. Bed was very comfortable, not hard. "

"Lots of inexperienced staffs. Service are in average standards. Room cleaning is not detail, always has shortages in the refill. Breakfast is good. Noisy, kids are playing around in the rear side of the lobby and the restaurant. "
