"The water got shut off and there were bugs in the room. Just a couple, both flying, nothing in the bed. Probably a local bug for the climate. The front house staff, especially Mary, were thoughtful and tried to give a good experience. Was close to the airport, like 7mins walk, which was convenient. This is good for single business travelers. Not a getaway with the wife. You get what you pay for. "

As soon as we walked in, I called the front desk, explained our situation, and asked if we could switch to a room with better natural light. The staff member paused briefly, and I initially thought they would accommodate us, but instead I was told no—this was the only studio available. This was frustrating, as their website and other booking platforms still showed studio rooms for sale at the time. To be fair, the room itself was clean, and the bedding and pillows were soft and comfortable. There is such poor ventilation in the bathroom that the wood on the bathroom door was splitting apart. There are no sheer curtains, so your lighting options are "blinds open for everyone to see" or "dim horror movie lighting." But it is in a convenient spot."

"staff was nice, room was decent, but the bathroom could have better work. i stepped out the tub and water was all over the floor. me & my partner also saw bugs in the bathroom. it felt like an ampm bathroom with a tub. the AC was amazing it kept the tool cold all night."
