Clean, quiet rooms. Good value for the price. Staff were polite and professional. Cafe hours accommodate early morning travelers (opens at 6am). And of course the warm chocolate chip cookies are always great!

This is an older property right near a couple of convention centers. So if you're looking to stay somewhere cheap for the night, this is the place. Not much to get excited about. La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Fresno Yosemite
This hotel needs a major renovation. Bathtub had a crack in it. The plumbing is from the 60’s or 70’s, Very old looking room. The staff was nice and the breakfast buffet was good.

Dream Inn
Your standard hotel, if you need a bite to eat Subways is on the property. All other places to eat seem to close down around 3pm. This is a business district. Amtrak stair is 2 1/2 blocks from this hotel. Early check in is ok upon request. There is a pool but it wasn’t open due to maintenance.

Hotel Piccadilly
The hotel is pretty old, the breakfast is pretty normal. I think you can find something newer for the same price. The location is good a lot of stores like 5 mins driving.
