"Superb in every way"

"Nice room, view of the marina bay"

"The Fullerton is my favourite hotel in the world. I stayed again recently in a Straits room overlooking Marina Bay and it was wonderful, as previously. It's a real treat to have the complimentary afternoon tea and evening drinks and canapes included with this level of room. The room has many comfortable amenities, such as an evening pillow spray and free entry ticket into the Peranakan Museum. My only slight quibble is that a couple of paintings around the bed area would grace this section of the room. The bathroom is especially beautiful and has Diptique products. One great aspect of our stay was the free historic tour of the hotel. As the hotel is an historic building, this was well worthwhile and our guide was extremely informative. I would recommend this to visitors. There is also a gallery about the hotel's history. The hotel's location is perfect for all main attractions in Singapore."

"The room was luxurious. However some of the wardrobe fixtures are kind of fatigued as they didn't open and close smoothly and the desk drawers cannot be kept closed and kept opening on their own. Amenities were aplenty and luxurious diptique branded. Water pressure on the shower was regrettably weak and just made the showering experience very pathetic."

We had a medical situation that the staff managed very quickly and discreetly (emergency surgery!), and they followed up several times afterward to ensure our comfort. We highly recommend this hotel."
