"Pool area with swim up bar is fabulous and the pool is huge which is a bonus. Rooms were very clean & hotel gardens were lovely and well maintained. All staff were very friendly and happy to help. Large variety of restaurants outside the hotel & it’s a good walk along the pathway on the beachside behind the hotel. Will definitely stay here again & recommend to friends. "

The staff here are extremely friendly and helpful, and truly get to know you and care about making your stay as incredible as possible. If they can go above and beyond in any way, they will! "Wow—what an excellent stay. Check-in was smooth and effortless. Our room (3109) was outstanding: incredibly spacious, with a walk-in closet, a beautiful bathroom, a large balcony, and a very comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and we also attended the New Year’s Eve buffet, which was fantastic—plentiful, varied, and very well done. The property itself is beautiful. We spent time at the private pool, which was a highlight of our stay. The gym was well equipped, though it did get quite busy at times with all equipment in use. The café was also excellent, with a cool vibe and stylish design. While the main lobby is very well designed and has a boutique feel, it lacked air conditioning, making it quite hot with no real place to escape the heat while waiting. The hotel is well located in Seminyak and close to the beach, which was very convenient. One small suggestion would be the addition of an adults-only pool, as the private pool was accessible to everyone. A special mention to the team for the thoughtful touches: on our last night, they surprised us with a passport holder gift, which was a lovely gesture. I also celebrated my birthday during our stay, and they provided a delicious birthday cake that made it extra special. Overall, an amazing stay—we would absolutely return."
