"Room was clean, staff were extremely friendly, the jumping pillow was a huge hit with the kids, as was the swimming pool, the electric BBQ was clean and easy to use, the games room provided some additional fun for the kids, laundry facilities to wash clothes was easy to use, the communal clothes line was good. The park was situated just far enough out of Geelong to be away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to head in to town. Super close to a shopping centre and Torquay is only 10 minutes down the road. We definitely will be back to stay again"

"Multiple access issues - could not get access to property on arrival as we were given the wrong PIN for the key safe. Took multiple contacts to sort out the problem. Once we finally got access to the property the door to the master bedroom/ensuite was locked, so for the first night of the stay we were not able to use those rooms. Only gained access to the rooms the next day by immobilising the lock on the door ourselves, the host/management of the property did not offer any solution. Toilet seat was also broken. Management of the property did apologise for the issues however no reimbursement or compensation offered for the inconveniences - not good enough. These issues certainly put a damper on our trip."

"Clean and tidy 3BR home, conveniently located in the outskirts of Geelong. We booked at short notice, and had a bit of trouble getting in (supplied door code didn't work), but the property manager sorted this out quickly. Inside was fine - good amenities and furnishing - although the beds were extremely soft (uncomfortably so, at least for me), and the dinner plates were too big for the dishwasher. Happy with the experience and can recommend."

"A spacious home with secure yard for your pet.Very clean and well appointed. Everything catered for with outdoor bbq and butlers pantry. All appliances even an air fryer!Two large televisions a games and toy cupboard. The kingsize bed in the master bed was extremely comfortable.Thankyou"
