Recommend this hotel for anyone who plans to be near Myeongdong with easy access to Airport bus to Incheon airport. Room is nicely renovated and spacious. Breakfast on the second floor is adequate if you enjoy western bagel breakfast.
The lighting for the room is inconvenient since it's only at the entrance. Shower is also designed oddly with no edge to keep water in as there is only a piece of glass between the shower and basin. There is also only two coat hangers which is frustrating.

We had a bath as well as shower which was so relaxing. Nice breakfast. We caught public transport. Metro station, train station and buses all fairly easy to get to. Ubers also a good option. Walk to Temple.

The suites are very large and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. We did have a problem with a noisy air conditioning during our stay, staff were very helpful relocating us to different rooms, but we found this problem was present throughout all rooms we tried. It made it very hard to sleep. But otherwise this hotel was amazing.

Wonderful property! We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and had so much space and it was very clean. We also enjoyed the pools, huge gym, children’s library and baseball simulator. We had a massage at the spa which was wonderful too. The facilities are clean and serviced well.
The Executive Lounge was large and there was plenty of food and lots of variety, certainly one of the best we have experienced in our travels.
Service was excellent across the property.

Located in arts cultural district, right next to ssamzigil a 4 floors arts centric mall. There is a small mall annyoung insadong, attached to the hotel, mostly food outlets here which was convenient. Walking distance to myeongdong street market and to gyeongbokgung palace.
