"Quando eu cheguei para o check in não constava a minha reserva, fato que demorou muito para me colocarem num quarto. Então, como esqueceram de passar minha reserva para a recepção, só tinha uma opção de quarto de casal, o qual não era tão bom. Portanto, não gostei da desorganização. "Foi razoável pois a TV e o ar-condicionado não funcionaram em meu quarto. Não estava um dia calorento, então até que foi tranquilo. Mas em dias de calor intenso, isso seria um grande problema.
