Muito bom

Quarto bem limpo, confortável e espaçoso. O restaurante é excelente e o atendimento muito bom. Único ponto negativos foi em relação a TV smart, onde os canais e os programas só funcionam com internet, porém o Wi-Fi não funciona muito bem, com isso foi impossível utilizar a TV.

Boa hospedagem!

Bom hotel! Camas boas, quarto limpo, tv grande, mas chuveiro com pouca água quente. Apesar de não fazer muito frio em Uberlândia, nesta noite fez 14° e a coberta foi muito fina. Precisam atualizar suas cobertas, um edredom seria o ideal. Café da manhã muito bom, até música ao vivo tinha.

O hotel oferece um "chá da tarde" agradável na recepção, conta com um restaurante e uma piscina razoáveis. Sua localização é ok e o quarto é confortável. O único ponto abaixo foram os travesseiros.

Faltou cortesia da parte das atendess. Somos clientes de pelo menos 3 vezes no mês ou mais. Hotel vazio, e fiz a reserva do mesmo valor superior e luxo, e por egano no superior, e não ofereceu upgrade. Faltou empatia. Café da manhã fraco, diante de outras hospedagens. Por mim não hospedaria novamente, mas por meu esposo sim, café da manhã começa as 05 hs.

Muito bom, só espaço de café que é pequeno.

A estrutura e localização do hotel é muito boa. Mas tem que ficar atento ao preço. O estacionamento é cobrado separado. Na reserva já avisa, mas passei despercebido. Então ficou acima do preço de outros similares. Tomar café da manhã é muito complicado. Tem muito hóspede para um espaço muito pequeno, é difícil conseguir mesa para sentar. Sobre a limpeza do quarto, deixa a desejar, tinha cabelo, ciscos e até fio dental no chão. Mas a administração do hotel parece ser comprometida, o problema é a mão-de-obra mesmo. Falta de zelo das funcionárias. Mas em geral é ótimo hotel.

Conforto e comodidade

Quarto ótimo, recepção atenciosa, estacionamento e atendimento do porteiro muito cativante. O que pode melhorar é a dinâmica , espaço , qualidade do café da manhã, realmente deixou a desejar e não ter mesas que suportem a capacidade do hotel foi terrível e tenso desfrutar do café da manhã!
