Quero iniciar pelos elogios aos funcionários. Sao extremamente educados e solicitos. Em especial, gostaria de alogiar a Raquel, da equipe do cafe da manha. Educadissima e gentil. O cafe da manha e bem gostoso. Contudo, as instalacoes sao bem ruins. Hotel extremamente antigo e mal cuidado. Posso dizer que e velho. Os banheiros precisam urgentemente de uma reforma completa. A ducha estava vazando, as torneiras tambem, o box super apertado... o piso do quarto tambem e bem ruim. A experiência, no geral, foi ruim.

Hotel em condições precárias, muito antigo sem reforma com papel contat no banheiro, quarto com cheiro de mofo, televisão funciona somente 4 canais. Mas gostaria de elogiar os funcionários gentis e educados. Café da manhã superou as espectaticas tendo em vista a situação do quarto e banheiro. Não me hospedaria novamente.

Atendimento muito bom, tudo muito limpo. Só não gostei do travesseiro [muito mole] e de ter ficado em quarto onde a janela fica virado para a rua. Local muito movimentado e barulhento à noite, ficando mais tranquilo só na madrugada.

Tive problema com o aquecimento da água. Não havia outros quartos para poder remanejar/trocar. Foi necessário deixar a água ligada por no mínimo 8 min para deixar de ficar fria. Sem falar que o fluxo e a quantidade de água que saia era muito ruim.
