O quarto oferece camas confortáveis porém senti falta de um espelho de corpo no quarto. Faltou também uma lixeira no quarto. No mais atendeu bem para uma noite. Tem uma excelente localização em frente a Uniube, próximo a supermercado e farmácia. Destaque para as meninas na recepção e no café da manhã, são muito prestativas e atenciosas. Indicaram um restaurante maravilhoso para almoçar com as crianças.

O hotel peca nos detalhes. No quarto não tinha telefone pra se comunicar com a recepção, não tinha copos pra beber uma água. Enfim, detalhes que fazem em falta para um melhor conforto. Pelo valor, não recomendo.

Quando chegamos tinha uma barata morta no quarto. À noite quando fui tomar banho, tinha uma barata viva no banheiro. O quarto estava com um cheiro ruim. Já fiquei no hotel outras vezes, mas desta vez realmente foi péssimo.

Hotel atendeu as expectativas. Quarto limpo, funcionários atenciosos, café da manhã bom. Único ponto negativo na minha opnião é que os funcionarios mantêm a porta da recepção trancada. Sendo necessário que o hóspede sempre toque interfone para entrar. Isso gerou um tempo de espera na chuva, quando a recepcionista estava fora da portaria, resolvendo outro problema. Foi um transtorno pontual mas que merece ser repensado.

Hotel com instalações muito simples, ainda com ventilador de teto nos quartos, pois fiz uma reserva e não estava visível que seria com ventilador, fiz duas reservas e tive que cancelar uma reserva, liguei cerca de 30 dias antes explicando a situação, porém a gerência do hotel não se importou com a situação e foi irredutivel , São coisas desse tipo que estragam a própria imagem. Pensem nisso de agora por diante.

Hotel desagradável e desorganizado

Gostaria de registrar minha indignação com este hotel A reserva foi realizada no dia 22/9 às 9:20 da manhã e foi confirmada a inclusão dos hospedes com check in 25/09 e check out 27/09. E quando foi no dia 25/09 meus colaboradores chegaram ao hotel e o mesmo informou a princípio que a reserva havia sido cancelada e que eles teriam que fazer o pagamento da diária, meu funcionário efetuou o pagamento de 1 diária. Após eles já estarem no quarto a recepção entrou em contato novamente dizendo que os mesmos teriam que pagar o valor das duas diárias que foram feitas, entrando em contradição ao que foi dito antes, sem contar que a reserva já havia sido paga online por cartão de crédito. O Hotel Marajá é completamente desorganizado e mal informado, houve um péssimo atendimento. Seus funcionários são extremamente mal treinados e prestam atendimento horrível.
